Characteristics of mass and large quantity part processing
As the name suggests, mass production is the name of the form of processing a product in quantities of several thousand or tens of thousands of pieces in one order. Advantages of batch processing:
– Processing costs per product are significantly cheaper than processing a single unit or processing a number of dozens or hundreds of parts.
– Easily evaluate product quality and uniformity of products in the product series. From there, the processing capabilities of the processing units can be evaluated.
– With large quantities and batches, customer orders will be meticulously supported from design optimization to material selection and machining processes, machine shift costs, labor… from the manufacturer, thereby lowering the cost per product.
The advantage of large batch processing that most customers see is that it is cheap. However, when comparing prices between processing units in Hanoi or nationwide, customers should consider a number of additional criteria. With professional processors, the prices customers receive from both parties will not differ too much. You should carefully consider the production capacity , machinery systems, and equipment of the processing units before signing the order. CNC design and machining process according to customer requirements at V-Coating
Our department receives requests from customers in Hanoi and nationwide with orders ranging from single units to mass products. For products that customers have self-designed drawings available, processing according to the drawings will be carried out quickly to meet the customer’s set schedule.
For products that require design and manufacturing, the process will proceed as follows:
+ The technical department receives requests and ideas from customers about details and assemblies that customers request through preliminary or hand-drawn drawings, or available sample details.

With our highly specialized design team and extensive experience in mechanical detail processing , we will design and advise on design solutions to help details ensure the best technical requirements during installation. Assemble with other details in the assembly drawing. As well as ensuring size, tolerance, durability, and structural rigidity. Mechanical products are designed on 3D software that supports structural analysis and optimization to help ensure technical requirements, reduce materials and simplify structures. Provide product QC plans and confirm with customers.
+ The planning department calculates processing time and expected delivery time, notifies and confirms the delivery time with customers. Arrange and arrange machine shifts and machine workers according to actual production and delivery schedule required by customers.
+ The machining department conducts sample machining programming and checks product quality with customers before mass processing. At the same time, we improve the process and optimize the tool path (CAM program) to reduce maximum machining time to help ensure the best production cost for customers.
We accept milling, turning, wire cutting from single orders, retail orders or mass processing with high accuracy, good price and always meet the schedule set by customers.
